First Radius is a free OO gauge layout planner, run by Adam Jones in the UK. This page explains what happens to your data when you use it. The short version: there are no accounts, no tracking cookies, and the layouts you plan stay on your own device.

Your layout plans

Plans you make in the planner are saved in your own web browser, so they are still there when you come back. They are never sent to us. Clearing your browser's site data deletes them.

When you share a plan, the whole plan is written into the link itself. Anyone with the link can open the plan, so only share it with people you are happy to show it to.

Visitor statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not tell us who you are. We only see totals, such as how many people opened the planner this week.

Services that help run the site

• Cloudflare hosts the site and protects it from attacks. Like any web host, it processes your IP address to deliver pages to you.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces, so your browser fetches them from Google's servers, which see your IP address when it does.

Links to shops

Some links to model shops may be affiliate links. If you buy something after following one, the shop may pay us a small commission at no extra cost to you. The shop's own privacy policy and cookies apply once you are on its site.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask what personal data we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. As we do not collect personal data through the planner, there will usually be nothing to find, but please ask if you have a question.
